We are looking for Sales Representative Engineer, to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing sales and developing customer base for Hilti Bulgaria

What does the role involve?
As Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for face-to-face sales growing a loyal customer base within a designated geographical area while strengthening the company’s position or market share within the territory. Using Time and Territory Management (TTM), zone territory by customer potential and previous sales, you will create your own daily schedule, and utilize sales productivity tools. In addition, you will be in charge of demonstrating Hilti products and services in person, face-to-face, with customers and identifying the key roles on a jobsite project and understand their responsibilities and needs.

What you need is:
- At least 2 years of direct sales experience
- Technical mindset and understanding of dynamics in business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment, courage and competitive drive
- A thirst to learn and challenge yourself
- Proficiency in English
- Driving license category B
